With interiors inspired by the European ski fields, carefully selected features include stunning sandblasted Baltic-spruce wall paneling dating over 100 years old from an Austrian barn throughout the entry and bedrooms and a fireplace mantle sourced from a 300+ year old winery in the Austrian Alps.

Artwork

The majority of artwork and photography throughout the house feature local artists and photographers purchased through JK Gallery in Thredbo and a selection of beautiful European fabrics and throws have been sourced to create a warm luxury feel reminiscent of the ski chalets of the French Alps.

The property is equipped with full ducted heating throughout, along with individual wall heaters in each bedroom to ensure you will never feel cold. All 4 stunning bathrooms are equipped with under floor heating and towel rails

This is the ideal property for a family getaway or group gathering of up to 8 people offering 4 beautiful bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes and 4 stunning bathrooms all with under floor heating and towel rails.

The property provides every home comfort with new wall mounted smart televisions, sonos sound system & high speed wireless internet in every bedroom.

This spacious chalet offers two full sized master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms including bathtubs.

The property is equipped with fast speed internet at 100mbps through Starlink.

The rooms & living areas

The third bedroom located on the living level has a King size bed which can be spilt into twin beds and has a large separate bathroom across the hall. L’Occitane luxury toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

Downstairs you will find an oversized bedroom with a Queen size bed that can be split into two single beds. It has a large ensuite, wet bar and lounge TV area which provides a private space for kids or couples to escape. This is also an ideal space for a private chef or nanny accommodation.

Upstairs is a loft area with sofa which provides a quiet space to read or relax. The library nook is full of an array of beautiful coffee table books and board games.

Offering a next level spacious living area with 2 lounge sitting areas and an open wood fireplace, it is the perfect place to unwind with friends and family after a great day out on the slopes.

Featuring large stone bench tops, 2 x NEFF Ovens, an Ilve Gas Cooktop, Miele Dishwasher, Vintec beer & wine beverage fridge and a Breville Nespresso Coffee Machine, you will find everything you need to prepare beautiful meals.

Come home and relax in the brand-new Austral Monsoon 8-seater heated spa which is located on the covered heated back deck barbecue area. Surrounded by the privacy of the National Park, it’s a great way to soothe your body after a day on the slopes or enjoy a glass of wine around the firepit with friends and family.

There is a double lock up garage to provide security for your vehicles, equipped with bike racks for the summer months. The large laundry/drying room is equipped with a new Bosch Washer/Dryer and a separate Electrolux clothes dryer. This room also features a boot dryer & ski racks to store all your equipment. The entry foyer has heated floors and provides ample hanging space for jackets along with storage nooks to store your gloves, helmets & goggles.
